To begin with you need the right room for the layout of your trading space and of course the right equipment and knowledge as well as education. If you can afford it a nice rehab center with recreational facilities, anger management, emergency medical facilities ( in case you take any severe financial losses and have any type of attacks, panic, anxiety, heart etc...) and of course available office space fully equiped, sexy secretary ( just so everybody does not think you have lost your mind, you are just playing around) and last but not least access to several on line college courses ( psychology 101, international business pratice's, world politics in a nut shell, modern military jargin, terrorist ideology ( in case something gets blown up you can predict the effect on the currency pair you are trading) etc...)

You might also consider additional courses such as long range mind reading, psychic predictions and simular courses.

So now that you have your main frame set up with at least 5 monitors set up and the reference library populated with trading books and are connected to the bank (or your broker) and have worked out the bugs in your sql data base program as well as having streaming rates, charting programs, calculators, aspirin, sedatives etc...

You should now be ready to determine what pair you want to play with and start printing every chart from monthly to 1 minute,drawing trend lines, fibonacci retracements, fibonacci projections, fibonacci time, fibonacci circles, counting waves, and studying political variables in conjunction with commodities charts to determine the relevence if any to your intended trade plan.

After doing a little background evaluation on what tech. tools you will use in this trade (stochastics,macd, rsi etc...) you should be ready to lay between $10,000 - $100,000 on the line (or the equivalent margin depending on broker requirements and currency pair) and start out small going for say 10 - 30 pips to start with $10.00 - $100.00 OR $30.00 - $300.00 depending on lot size and pair.
